Who this policy covers

PPC Amplify operates this website to explain our Amazon advertising services and respond to business enquiries. This policy covers information collected through the website. It does not replace the separate terms or data-handling arrangements agreed with a client.

For a question about your information, contact us using the email address at the end of this page.

Information we collect

When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, message, and any brand or service details you choose to provide. Please do not send account passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information through the form.

The submission also records its date, originating page, referring address, IP address and browser information. These details help us handle enquiries, prevent duplicate submissions and identify spam. Contact-form records are stored in our database and can be reviewed by authorised administrators.

If you email us directly, we receive the information in your email and any attachments. Our hosting infrastructure may also process connection and request logs to deliver and protect the website.

How we use your information

We use enquiry information to answer your questions, assess the services you are asking about, communicate with you and keep a record of the conversation. We also use technical information to protect the website, investigate errors and prevent misuse.

Submitting a contact form does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, responding to a request about services may involve steps before entering a contract; security and ordinary business administration may rely on legitimate interests. Optional visitor analytics relies on your choice to allow it.

Optional visitor analytics

With your permission, this website uses first-party analytics to count visits and show recent activity. The data includes a random visitor identifier, session and page-view identifiers, the page path, referring hostname, broad device and browser type, approximate country, and visit or activity times.

The analytics database does not store your raw IP address, form entries, keystrokes or page query strings. Your connection IP is processed to estimate country. Random identifiers can distinguish visits from the same browser; they do not tell us your name.

Analytics is off until you allow it. You can decline or change your choice on the Cookie Policy page. We also disable analytics when your browser sends a supported Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

Who may process it

Authorised PPC Amplify team members can access enquiries for the purposes described above. Providers supporting website hosting, database storage and business email may process information to operate those services. We may also need to disclose information to comply with a legal obligation, address fraud or protect rights and safety.

This website does not use advertising pixels or send contact-form submissions to advertising networks. We do not sell information collected through the website.

Infrastructure and service providers may process information in a country other than the one you live in. Contact us if you need more information about the handling of a particular enquiry or a proposed client engagement.

How long information stays

Website analytics visits are set to expire after 90 days. Short-lived live-presence records are set to expire after one day; the live view uses a much shorter activity window. Automatic database expiry may take additional processing time.

Contact enquiries currently have no automatic deletion timer. They remain until reviewed and removed by an authorised administrator, taking account of an ongoing conversation, client relationship, legal obligations or a dispute. You can ask us to review or delete an enquiry using the contact below.

Cookie preferences are remembered for up to six months. Optional visitor identifiers last for up to 90 days and session identifiers last for the browser-tab session. The Cookie Policy explains these controls in more detail.

Your choices and requests

You can use the website without allowing analytics. You can also contact us to ask what enquiry information we hold about you, correct it, request deletion, or raise a concern about its use.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to a copy of your information, restriction of processing, objection, withdrawal of consent or a complaint to a data-protection authority. These rights can have conditions and exceptions. We may need to confirm your identity before handling a request.

If you withdraw analytics permission, future optional reporting stops and the website removes its analytics identifiers from your browser. This does not automatically identify or erase historical visit records already stored under a random identifier.

Security, other websites and updates

We restrict administration through authenticated accounts and use safeguards intended to protect the website and its records. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Links to other websites lead to services with their own policies. Our website is intended for business users, not children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can review it.

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The date above identifies this version. Contact us with privacy questions or requests.
